There’s another verse to ” A wee Cock Sparrow” which we sang at our Campfires with the Skelmorlie Scouts (71st Ayrshire). It’s their 75th Anniversary this year.

“The wee boy said “Sir, you’ll hae tae excuse me”
(Repeat twice)
For the size of your nose and your coat’tails confused me!”

Rabbie Burns Dance – Ulster Accordion Band
The band will be holding a dinner/dance at Branch 11 Royal Canadian Legion at 7 Dawes Rd on Sunday January 24 from 2:00 to 7:00 pm. Tickets are $15 which includes a Roast Beef and Haggis dinner.

I have enjoyed your show for many years. Today I throughly enjoyed your recitation of the Christmas poem. If possible I would love a copy of the poem. It brought back a lot of memories of days gone by !
