I must have an amazing green thumb..I’ve never fertilized my africa violets water some of them from the top.. a huge one is in a basket…they bloom like crazy and multiple a lot. They do get a lot of sunligt well when we have sun.
Just thought I’d share and my apology to africa violet growers who do everything the right way.
Love your show!!!

Dear Charlie
Charlie, there is a way to grow tomatoes in April by starting them inside of tires stacked high about six in a row, piled four high in a row. Then put in a large plastic bottle. Cut out bottom. Put in long stick to hold it in place. Push stick deep into ground. Then put water in the bottle. Invert bottle and push into the ground. Then put the plant in beside the bottle. In case of frost, put a long plank, about six inches wide, on top of the tires – so it won’t blow off. Then put large stones on top so it doesn’t blow off. OK
