best oldies stationed i,ve every heard. i like you format of tellin the year the song was made and who performed it. most of the oldies stations don’t even play alot of songs from the 50,s and early 60,s anymore.

hi norm–
great show as usual.i have heard 2 versions of johnny hortons song “battle of new orleans”–one says “when the british kept ah coming” and the other “when the rebels kept ah coming”–were there two releases. i also think leo sayers song “when i need you” is far more romantic than the everly brothers “dream”–my opion only–keep up the great work and say hi to OMB (Brian Peroff)for me. he’ll probably say “he’s all yours”
