April 4th marks the 44th anniversary of the assassination of U.S. civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. A Baptist minister and founder of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC), King had led the civil rights movement since the mid-1950s, using a combination of powerful words and non-violent tactics such as sit-ins, boycotts and protest marches (including the massive March on Washington in 1963) to fight segregation and achieve significant civil and voting rights advances for African Americans. Richard speaks with a leading aviation expert about his 10-year independent study on the 9/11 attacks. In his study he discovered the Saudi Arabian government and a covert special activities unit under the Bush Intelligence Community were the executioners of the attack that defeated all U.S. military defenses on September 11, 2001.

In a new book, The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror, veteran airline captain and former government contract pilot Philip Marshall outlines the case against Saudi intelligence with a scathing examination of the 30-year relationship between the Saudi monarchy and top levels of the George W. Bush Administration.

“After an exhaustive 10-year study of this lethal attack that used Boeing airliners filled with passengers and fellow crew members as guided missiles, I am 100 percent convinced that a covert team of Saudi intelligence agents was the source of logistical, financial and tactical resources that directed essential flight training to the 9/11 hijackers for 18 months before the attack,” said Marshall. “This conclusion was determined six years ago and all subsequent evidence has only served to confirm this conclusion.”

On March 1, two former U.S. senators, who headed separate 9/11 federal investigations, also raised the specter of Saudi involvement in the attacks that killed 3,000 people and spurred the global War on Terror. In sworn statements that seem likely to reignite the debate, former senators Bob Graham and Bob Kerrey, who saw top-secret information on the Saudis’ activities, say they believe that the Saudi government played a direct role in the terrorist attacks.

“I am convinced that there was a direct line between at least some of the terrorists who carried out the Sept. 11 attacks and the government of Saudi Arabia,” former Senator Bob Graham said in an affidavit filed as part of a lawsuit brought against the Saudi government and dozens of institutions in the country by families of 9/11 victims and others. Graham headed a 2002 joint Congressional inquiry into the attacks and has stated that he was muzzled into silence about his committee’s findings in 2002 by former Vice President Dick Cheney and other top members of the Bush Intelligence Community.

In his own sworn affidavit, Kerrey said “significant questions remain unanswered” about the role of Saudi institutions. “Evidence relating to the plausible involvement of possible Saudi government agents in the (9/11) attacks has never been fully pursued,” Kerrey said in the March 1 New York Times article.

The affidavits, which were filed Feb. 24 and had not previously been disclosed, are part of a multi-billion-dollar lawsuit that has being going through federal courts since 2002. An appellate court, reversing an earlier decision, said in November that foreign nations were not immune to lawsuits under certain terrorism claims, clearing the way for parts of the Saudi case to be reheard in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

A long line of disclosures has surfaced since the 9/11 decade “celebration” last September. Of the four chairmen of federal investigations conducted on the 9/11 attacks, three have come forward to condemn the obstruction of justice that has plagued their investigations. Several government officials have stepped forward to challenge the Bush administration’s account of 9/11. These include the 9/11 Commission’s General Counsel John Farmer who wrote that “9/11 and the official version of events was almost entirely, and inexplicably, untrue.”

Both 9/11 Commission leaders, former New Jersey Gov. Thomas Kean, a Republican, and Ohio Representative Lee Hamilton, a Democrat, complained about an obstruction of justice by the Bush administration regarding the Commission’s attempt to verify confessions and intelligence attributed to Guantanamo Bay detainees. These unverified confessions form the Bush administration’s version of the 9/11 event.

Marshall, who has been conducting a separate investigation into the murders of his fellow pilots on 9/11, spoke on the national radio broadcast AM Coast to Coast last month. He said the entire 9/11 episode was “a political stunt to favor the American shadow government that is currently doing business as the United States Intelligence Community.

“Think about this,” Marshall said, “The official version about some ghost (Osama bin Laden) in some cave on the other side of the world defeating our entire military establishment on U.S. soil is absolutely preposterous. The true reason the attack was successful is because of an inside military stand-down and a coordinated training operation that prepared the hijackers to fly heavy commercial airliners. We have dozens of FBI documents to prove that this flight training was conducted California, Florida and Arizona in the 18 months leading up to the attack.”

The Phoenix Lights (sometimes called the “Lights over Phoenix”) were a series of widely sighted unidentified flying objects observed in the skies over the U.S. states of Arizona, Nevada and the Mexican state of Sonora on March 13, 1997.

Lights of varying descriptions were seen by thousands of people between 19:30 and 22:30 MST, in a space of about 300 miles (480 km), from the Nevada line, through Phoenix, to the edge of Tucson. There were two distinct events involved in the incident: a triangular formation of lights seen to pass over the state, and a series of stationary lights seen in the Phoenix area. The USAF identified the second group of lights as flares dropped by A-10 Warthog aircraft that were on training exercises at the Barry Goldwater Range in southwest Arizona. Witnesses claim to have observed a huge carpenter’s square-shaped UFO containing five spherical lights or possibly light-emitting engines. Fife Symington the govenor at the time, was one witness to this incident; he later called the object “otherworldly.”

UFO buffs call it the most documented and important mass sighting ever recorded. But still today, the military and government can only offer questionable explanations as to what the anomalous lights truly were. In 12 years, the strange phenomena have never been duplicated or reenacted [although the military tried fruitlessly, three years after the mass sighting]. Many experts and witnesses insist that what appeared in the Arizona skies was something beyond this world.

Richard welcomes Paul Serup, an independent researcher and author, to discuss his investigation into the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Serup has spent nearly a quarter century studying the work of Charles Chiniquy, North America’s most famous ex-priest, and his assertion that the Roman Catholic Church was behind the assassination of President Lincoln.

Chiniquy was born in Quebec and came to be considered in death as one of Macleans magazine’s “top 100 Canadians”. Chiniquy became famous as a Catholic priest in the mid-1800s for persuading a reported 200,000 people in his native Quebec to stop drinking. At the time, most families in the province had a portrait of him in their household.

In 1851, he accepted an invitation to establish a French-Canadian Catholic colony on the unsettled prairie south of Chicago. Five years later, he met and befriended Abraham Lincoln, then a lawyer. Lincoln defended Chiniquy in two court actions, one of them the most high profile libel case in Lincoln’s legal career. In 1858, Chiniquy left the Catholic religion of his childhood and became a Protestant, followed by more than a thousand of his countrymen. Known as the “Martin Luther of North America”, his fame increased worldwide as he spent the rest of his life speaking and writing extensively against the Church of Rome and trying to win his former co-religionists to simple faith in Jesus Christ. He died in Montreal, his obituary appearing on the front page of the New York Times.

In his 1885 autobiography, Fifty Years in the Church of Rome, Chiniquy made the stunning claim that officials of his former Church were responsible for the murder of his close friend Abraham Lincoln. Who Killed Abraham Lincoln? is an examination of his assertions and details the evidence available today that supports Chiniquy’s claim that the assassination of the President in 1865 was the result of a Catholic plot. This plot also included the murder of Vice President Andrew Johnson and Secretary of State William Seward, with the intent to thwart the Union from defeating the Southern Confederates.

Richard welcomes an epidemiologist along with a physician to discuss the public health risks associated with the radioactivce fallout from the disaster at the Fukushima nucelar reactors in Japan. An estimated An estimated 14,000 excess deaths in the United States are linked to radiation from Fukushima according to a major new article in the December 2011 edition of the International Journal of Health Services. This is the first peer-reviewed study published in a medical journal documenting the health hazards of Fukushima.

Authors Joseph Mangano and Janette Sherman note that their estimate of 14,000 excess U.S. deaths in the 14 weeks after the Fukushima meltdowns is comparable to the 16,500 excess deaths in the 17 weeks after the Chernobyl meltdown in 1986. The rise in reported deaths after Fukushima was largest among U.S. infants under age one. The 2010-2011 increase for infant deaths in the spring was 1.8 percent, compared to a decrease of 8.37 percent in the preceding 14 weeks.

Just six days after the disastrous meltdowns struck four reactors at Fukushima on March 11, scientists detected the plume of toxic fallout had arrived over American shores. Subsequent measurements by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) found levels of radiation in air, water, and milk hundreds of times above normal across the U.S. The highest detected levels of Iodine-131 in precipitation in the U.S. were as follows (normal is about 2 picocuries I-131 per liter of water): Boise, ID (390); Kansas City (200); Salt Lake City (190); Jacksonville, FL (150); Olympia, WA (125); and Boston, MA (92).

Epidemiologist Joseph Mangano, MPH MBA, said: “This study of Fukushima health hazards is the first to be published in a scientific journal. It raises concerns, and strongly suggests that health studies continue, to understand the true impact of Fukushima in Japan and around the world. Findings are important to the current debate of whether to build new reactors, and how long to keep aging ones in operation.”

The mathematical idea of parallel worlds was first glimpsed by the great quantum pioneer, Erwin Schrodinger, but actually published in 1957 by Hugh Everett III, when wrestling with the problem of what actually happens when an observation is made of something of interest – such as an electron or an atom – with the intention of measuring its position or its speed. In the traditional brand of quantum mechanics, a mathematical object called a wave function, which contains all possible outcomes of a measurement experiment, “collapses” to give a single real outcome.

Everett came up with a more audacious interpretation: the universe is constantly and infinitely splitting, so that no collapse takes place. Every possible outcome of an experimental measurement occurs, each one in a parallel universe.

If one accepts Everett’s interpretation, our universe is embedded in an infinitely larger and more complex structure called the multiverse, which as a good approximation can be regarded as an ever-multiplying mass of parallel universes.  Every time there is an event at the quantum level – a radioactive atom decaying, for example, or a particle of light impinging on your retina – the universe is supposed to “split” into different universes.

A motorist who has a near miss, for instance, might feel relieved at his lucky escape. But in a parallel universe, another version of the same driver will have been killed. Yet another universe will see the motorist recover after treatment in hospital. The number of alternative scenarios is endless.

The theory of a multiverse has wider implications since the idea of parallel universes sidesteps one of the key problems with time travel. Every since it was given serious lab cred in 1949 by the great logician Kurt Godel, many eminent physicists have argued against time travel because it undermines ideas of cause and effect to create paradoxes: a time traveller could go back to kill his grandfather so that he is never born in the first place.

But the existence of parallel worlds offers a way around these troublesome paradoxes, according to David Deutsch of Oxford University, a highly respected proponent of quantum theory, the deeply mathematical, successful and baffling theory of the atomic world.

The new work bolsters his claim that quantum theory does not forbid time travel. “It does sidestep it. You go into another universe,” he said yesterday, though he admits that there is still a way to go to find schemes to manipulate space and time in a way that makes time hops possible.

“Many sci fi authors suggested time travel paradoxes would be solved by parallel universes but in my work, that conclusion is deduced from quantum theory itself”, Dr Deutsch said, referring to his work on many worlds.He argues that time travel shifts between different branches of reality, basing his claim on parallel universes, the so-called “many-worlds” formulation of quantum theory.

OSWALD’S GIRLFRIEND SPEAKS OUT

Richard welcomes Lee Harvey Oswald’s girlfriend, Judyth Vary Baker. Baker was once a promising science student who dreamed of finding a cure for cancer, but strayed from a path of mainstream scholarship at the University of Florida to a life of espionage in New Orleans with Lee Harvey Oswald.

In her memoir, Me & Lee – How I Came to Know, Love and Lose Lee Harvey Oswald, Judyth offers extensive documentation of how she came to be involved with cancer research at such a young age, the personalities who recruited her to move to New Orleans in 1963, how she was hired there – along with Lee Oswald – by Reily Coffee Co. and fired the same afternoon Lee was arrested for disturbing the peace on Canal Street, and how she became a participant in the development of a biological weapon that Oswald was to smuggle into Cuba to eliminate Fidel Castro.

Judyth shows the evidence and relates – from her first-hand experience – all she knows about the Kennedy assassination, her love affair with Lee Oswald over the summer of ‘63, her conversations with him as late as two days before JFK’s death, his role as a deep-cover intelligence agent who was framed for an assassination he was actually trying to prevent, and how he was silenced by his old friend Jack Ruby.

“If you want to stay alive, it’s time to go into the catacombs. Promise me you will keep your mouth shut!” Judyth Vary Baker was only twenty years old when she heard those alarming words. It was the strained voice of David Ferrie.

The date was November 23, 1963, the day after President Kennedy had been fatally shot in Dallas. Her co-worker, friend and lover, Lee Oswald, had been declared the “lone-nut” assassin. OGOPOGO SIGHTING

Richard speaks with explorer, crypto-zoologist, Dr. William Gibbons about his personal sighting of the legendary creature, Ogopogo this past July. is the name given to a cryptid lake monster reported to live in Okanagan Lake, in British Columbia, Canada. Ogopogo has been allegedly seen by First Nations people since the 19th century. The most common description of Ogopogo is a forty- to fifty-foot-long (12 to 15 m) sea serpent. It has supposedly been photographed and caught on tape.

In 1926 a sighting is claimed to have occurred at an Okanagan Mission beach. This event was supposedly witnessed by about thirty cars of people who all claimed to have seen the same thing. In 1968 Art Folden filmed what is claimed to be footage of the alleged creature, showing a large wake moving across the water. A computer analysis of the footage concluded it was a solid, three-dimensional object.

British cryptozoologist Karl Shuker has categorized the Ogopogo as a ‘many hump’ variety of lake monster, and suggested it may be a kind of primitive serpentine whale such as Basilosaurus.

According to Carroll, Plum Island recruited and worked closely with a Nazi biowarfare expert who had operational experience with insect-based biowarfare delivery vectors: ”…the Army and the USDA conducted numerous outdoor biological warfare experiments within the United States borders; the Army and the USDA were cooperating in a germ warfare laboratory built on Plum Island; the U.S. recruited the key architect of Nazi Germany’s germ warfare program who worked directly for Heinrich Himmler; after Fort Detrick and the CIA interrogated him, the Nazi scientist developed the idea to build Plum Island, modeled after his own germ warfare lab on Insel Riems; the USDA borrowed this Nazi scientist to work in its Washington, D.C. area laboratories; and this very Nazi scientist is now confirmed to have been on Plum Island on at least three occasions….”

And according to Carroll, there is a history of tick research being conducted at Plum Island–the research lab based on a similar Nazi biowarfare lab, which happens to overlap with the outbreak of a major tick-vectored epidemic in the region.

GUEST: Jim Marrs is a native of Fort Worth, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of North Texas in 1966 and attended Graduate School at Texas Tech in Lubbock for two years more. He has worked for several Texas newspapers, including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where beginning in 1968 he served as police reporter and general assignments reporter covering stories locally, in Europe and the Middle East. After a leave of absence to serve with a Fourth Army intelligence unit during the Vietnam War, he became military and aerospace writer for the newspaper and an investigative reporter. Since 1980, Mr. Marrs has been a free-lance writer, author and public relations consultant. In 2007, Mr. Marrs retired from the University of Texas at Arlington where he had taught a course on the Kennedy assassination since 1976. In 1989, his book, Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy, was published to critical acclaim and reached the New York Times Paperback Non-Fiction Best Seller list in mid-February 1992. It became a basis for the Oliver Stone film JFK. Mr. Marrs served as a chief consultant for both the film’s screenplay and production.

Beginning in 1992, Mr. Marrs spent three years researching and completing a non-fiction book on a top-secret government program involving the psychic phenomenon known as remote viewing only to have it mysteriously canceled as it was going to press in the summer of 1995. 90% of fluoride comes from the phosphate fertilizer industry– it’s a hazardous waste sold to communities who add it to their water supply. But using the water supply as a way to deliver medicine is risky as the dosage can’t be controlled, Connett pointed out. Dental schools taught that this practice was safe and effective, but statistics now show there’s no benefit from fluoridation, Osmunsun stated. Fluoride can really be considered more of a poison than a drug, he added, while Connett noted the National Research Council conducted a 3 1/2 year study which found the level of allowable fluoride in the water supply was too high.

Fluoride concentrates inside the bones and can make them more brittle and cause problems akin to arthritis, said Connett. Because its molecules are so small, fluoride is not removed by smaller filters such as Brita. Reverse osmosis filters do eliminate it, but people are still being exposed during bathing, Osmunsum detailed. The Internet will ultimately bring an end to fluoridation, as the truth can’t be hidden anymore, declared Connett. GUEST: Grant Cameron became involved in Ufology in May 1975 with personal sightings of an object which locally became known as Charlie Red Star. The sightings occurred in Carman, Manitoba about 25 miles north of the Canada-US border. Hundreds of other people sighted objects at the same time during a prolonged flap of sightings.Over the next 18 months he had many sightings of large objects and small (monitor) objects in the area. He spent countless days in the area photographing a series of strange objects and interviewing hundreds of witnesses who were involved.
