April 4th marks the 44th anniversary of the assassination of U.S. civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. A Baptist minister and founder of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC), King had led the civil rights movement since the mid-1950s, using a combination of powerful words and non-violent tactics such as sit-ins, boycotts and protest marches (including the massive March on Washington in 1963) to fight segregation and achieve significant civil and voting rights advances for African Americans. His assassination led to an outpouring of anger among black Americans, as well as a period of national mourning that helped speed the way for an equal housing bill that would be the last significant legislative achievement of the civil rights era.

Richard welcomes Jerry Ray, younger brother of James Earl Ray, alleged assassin of Martin Luther King, Jr. and historian/researcher Tamara Carter to discusss one of the most significant events in modern American history – and one of the most mysterious. Jerry and Tamara reveal previously undisclosed information about James Early Ray and the events surrounding that transformative day. Richard and Victor Viggiani, director of Zland News Network discuss the 15th anniversary of The Phoenix Lights. The Phoenix Lights (sometimes called the “Lights over Phoenix”) were a series of widely sighted unidentified flying objects observed in the skies over the U.S. states of Arizona, Nevada and the Mexican state of Sonora on March 13, 1997.

Lights of varying descriptions were seen by thousands of people between 19:30 and 22:30 MST, in a space of about 300 miles (480 km), from the Nevada line, through Phoenix, to the edge of Tucson. There were two distinct events involved in the incident: a triangular formation of lights seen to pass over the state, and a series of stationary lights seen in the Phoenix area. The USAF identified the second group of lights as flares dropped by A-10 Warthog aircraft that were on training exercises at the Barry Goldwater Range in southwest Arizona. Witnesses claim to have observed a huge carpenter’s square-shaped UFO containing five spherical lights or possibly light-emitting engines. Fife Symington the govenor at the time, was one witness to this incident; he later called the object “otherworldly.”

UFO buffs call it the most documented and important mass sighting ever recorded. But still today, the military and government can only offer questionable explanations as to what the anomalous lights truly were. In 12 years, the strange phenomena have never been duplicated or reenacted [although the military tried fruitlessly, three years after the mass sighting]. Many experts and witnesses insist that what appeared in the Arizona skies was something beyond this world.

Richard and Victor speak to Stephen Bassett, Executive director of The Paradigm Research Group, about the White House dismissal of PRG’s Disclosure Petition. In December 2011, Phil Larson of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) said”The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In response Bassett has filed Disclosure Petition II demanding that the Obama administration investigate UFO Disclosure efforts during the Clinton administration between the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and billionaire and Clinton friend, Laurance S. Rockefeller.

Richard played a clip from Judge Andrew Napolitano’s last show as host of Freedom Watch on the Fox Business Channel. He also read an article in The London Daily Mail in which UFO researcher and former Pentagon consultant Timothy Good stated publically that former US President Dwight D. Eisenhower held secret meetings with extraterrestrials on three separate occasions.

Richard welcomes an epidemiologist along with a physician to discuss the public health risks associated with the radioactivce fallout from the disaster at the Fukushima nucelar reactors in Japan. An estimated An estimated 14,000 excess deaths in the United States are linked to radiation from Fukushima according to a major new article in the December 2011 edition of the International Journal of Health Services. This is the first peer-reviewed study published in a medical journal documenting the health hazards of Fukushima.

Authors Joseph Mangano and Janette Sherman note that their estimate of 14,000 excess U.S. deaths in the 14 weeks after the Fukushima meltdowns is comparable to the 16,500 excess deaths in the 17 weeks after the Chernobyl meltdown in 1986. The rise in reported deaths after Fukushima was largest among U.S. infants under age one. The 2010-2011 increase for infant deaths in the spring was 1.8 percent, compared to a decrease of 8.37 percent in the preceding 14 weeks.

Just six days after the disastrous meltdowns struck four reactors at Fukushima on March 11, scientists detected the plume of toxic fallout had arrived over American shores. Subsequent measurements by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) found levels of radiation in air, water, and milk hundreds of times above normal across the U.S. The highest detected levels of Iodine-131 in precipitation in the U.S. were as follows (normal is about 2 picocuries I-131 per liter of water): Boise, ID (390); Kansas City (200); Salt Lake City (190); Jacksonville, FL (150); Olympia, WA (125); and Boston, MA (92).

Epidemiologist Joseph Mangano, MPH MBA, said: “This study of Fukushima health hazards is the first to be published in a scientific journal. It raises concerns, and strongly suggests that health studies continue, to understand the true impact of Fukushima in Japan and around the world. Findings are important to the current debate of whether to build new reactors, and how long to keep aging ones in operation.”

The mathematical idea of parallel worlds was first glimpsed by the great quantum pioneer, Erwin Schrodinger, but actually published in 1957 by Hugh Everett III, when wrestling with the problem of what actually happens when an observation is made of something of interest – such as an electron or an atom – with the intention of measuring its position or its speed. In the traditional brand of quantum mechanics, a mathematical object called a wave function, which contains all possible outcomes of a measurement experiment, “collapses” to give a single real outcome.

Everett came up with a more audacious interpretation: the universe is constantly and infinitely splitting, so that no collapse takes place. Every possible outcome of an experimental measurement occurs, each one in a parallel universe.

If one accepts Everett’s interpretation, our universe is embedded in an infinitely larger and more complex structure called the multiverse, which as a good approximation can be regarded as an ever-multiplying mass of parallel universes.  Every time there is an event at the quantum level – a radioactive atom decaying, for example, or a particle of light impinging on your retina – the universe is supposed to “split” into different universes.

A motorist who has a near miss, for instance, might feel relieved at his lucky escape. But in a parallel universe, another version of the same driver will have been killed. Yet another universe will see the motorist recover after treatment in hospital. The number of alternative scenarios is endless.

The theory of a multiverse has wider implications since the idea of parallel universes sidesteps one of the key problems with time travel. Every since it was given serious lab cred in 1949 by the great logician Kurt Godel, many eminent physicists have argued against time travel because it undermines ideas of cause and effect to create paradoxes: a time traveller could go back to kill his grandfather so that he is never born in the first place.

But the existence of parallel worlds offers a way around these troublesome paradoxes, according to David Deutsch of Oxford University, a highly respected proponent of quantum theory, the deeply mathematical, successful and baffling theory of the atomic world.

The new work bolsters his claim that quantum theory does not forbid time travel. “It does sidestep it. You go into another universe,” he said yesterday, though he admits that there is still a way to go to find schemes to manipulate space and time in a way that makes time hops possible.

“Many sci fi authors suggested time travel paradoxes would be solved by parallel universes but in my work, that conclusion is deduced from quantum theory itself”, Dr Deutsch said, referring to his work on many worlds.He argues that time travel shifts between different branches of reality, basing his claim on parallel universes, the so-called “many-worlds” formulation of quantum theory.

OSWALD’S GIRLFRIEND SPEAKS OUT

Richard welcomes Lee Harvey Oswald’s girlfriend, Judyth Vary Baker. Baker was once a promising science student who dreamed of finding a cure for cancer, but strayed from a path of mainstream scholarship at the University of Florida to a life of espionage in New Orleans with Lee Harvey Oswald.

In her memoir, Me & Lee – How I Came to Know, Love and Lose Lee Harvey Oswald, Judyth offers extensive documentation of how she came to be involved with cancer research at such a young age, the personalities who recruited her to move to New Orleans in 1963, how she was hired there – along with Lee Oswald – by Reily Coffee Co. and fired the same afternoon Lee was arrested for disturbing the peace on Canal Street, and how she became a participant in the development of a biological weapon that Oswald was to smuggle into Cuba to eliminate Fidel Castro.

Judyth shows the evidence and relates – from her first-hand experience – all she knows about the Kennedy assassination, her love affair with Lee Oswald over the summer of ‘63, her conversations with him as late as two days before JFK’s death, his role as a deep-cover intelligence agent who was framed for an assassination he was actually trying to prevent, and how he was silenced by his old friend Jack Ruby.

“If you want to stay alive, it’s time to go into the catacombs. Promise me you will keep your mouth shut!” Judyth Vary Baker was only twenty years old when she heard those alarming words. It was the strained voice of David Ferrie.

The date was November 23, 1963, the day after President Kennedy had been fatally shot in Dallas. Her co-worker, friend and lover, Lee Oswald, had been declared the “lone-nut” assassin. Judyth knew this wasn’t true, but what could she do? She was now living in Florida with her new husband, Robert Baker III, having left New Orleans in September of 1963 when Lee moved to Dallas after their summer-long affair.

Then came November 24th. Lee was shot — live on television — right before her eyes. Devastated, depressed and scared, Judyth was told to lay low, to be a “vanilla girl,” to trade her silence for her life. She knew things, secret things. Judyth made a decision. She dropped her childhood dreams of finding a cure for cancer along with her first love: science. Choosing survival, she soon buried herself in her family (raising five kids), her work and art. She resolved that, one day, she would tell her story. She would speak the truth so Lee’s children, whom he adored, would know what their father really did and what he really stood for.

As a high school student, Judyth had independently discovered a method of accelerating cancer growth in lab mice, and came to the attention of top-echelon doctors and medical researchers, including renowned surgeon Dr. Alton Ochsner, a past president of the ACS and founder of the world-famous Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans.

After her sophomore year of college in Florida, Judyth landed a summer job in New Orleans with prominent cancer researcher Dr. Mary Sherman, a physician working with Dr. Ochsner. Within days of her arrival, a man named Lee Oswald just happened to be standing in line behind her at the post office. This seemingly chance encounter began a relationship which drew her through the looking glass into a maelstrom, changing her life forever.

She soon found that, instead of working to find a cure for cancer, she was actually helping to create a super-cancer virus for the purpose of killing Fidel Castro. But there was an even more sinister side. Over the next few months Judyth met several infamous figures surrounding Oswald: the fanatical ex-FBI right-wing racist Guy Banister, Mafia Godfather Carlos Marcello, club-owner Jack Ruby, and many others. Served as an Industrial Engineer for ten years until being promoted into management, and was a manufacturing Plant Manager for over ten years.The past seventeen years he served as an International Management Consultant, working in the US, Japan, Mexico, Canada, England, and Iran.

After completing the manuscript to the first book, Who’s Who of the Elite, he contacted a number of publishers to ascertain their interest in this material. OGOPOGO SIGHTING

Richard speaks with explorer, crypto-zoologist, Dr. William Gibbons about his personal sighting of the legendary creature, Ogopogo this past July. is the name given to a cryptid lake monster reported to live in Okanagan Lake, in British Columbia, Canada. Ogopogo has been allegedly seen by First Nations people since the 19th century. The most common description of Ogopogo is a forty- to fifty-foot-long (12 to 15 m) sea serpent. It has supposedly been photographed and caught on tape.

In 1926 a sighting is claimed to have occurred at an Okanagan Mission beach. This event was supposedly witnessed by about thirty cars of people who all claimed to have seen the same thing. In 1968 Art Folden filmed what is claimed to be footage of the alleged creature, showing a large wake moving across the water. A computer analysis of the footage concluded it was a solid, three-dimensional object.

British cryptozoologist Karl Shuker has categorized the Ogopogo as a ‘many hump’ variety of lake monster, and suggested it may be a kind of primitive serpentine whale such as Basilosaurus.

CHANNELING
Richard speaks with a paranormal researcher, author, student of eastern mysticism practiced in the art of chaneling or spirit communication. Gordon Phinn is able to channel late actors Dennis Hopper and Natasha Richardson, and the late alien abuction researcher John Mack. Channeling is a form of spirit communication in which the channeler goes into a trance, or “leaves their body”. He or she becomes “possessed” by a specific spirit who then talks through them. WERE TWIN TOWERS DESTROYED BY DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON ON 9/11?

Richard speaks with a former professor of mechanical engineering who believes there is sufficient evidence to prove that a Star Wars (SDI) Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) was used during the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center Buildings.

Dr. Judy Wood filed an official Request for Correction (RFC) with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) citing fraud and deception in the 9/11 NIST Report. Her RFC, along with its two Supplements, are archived on the official US Government Department of Commerce website. In her RFC Wood clearly explains how NIST misled the public with their report. She also shows evidence for directed energy weapon usage. In Dr. Wood’s first Supplement, she exposes the fact that NIST contracted with a major manufacturer of directed energy weapons for the 9/11 NIST Report. The company in question, Applied Research Associates (ARA), is not only a manufacturer of directed energy weapons, but is also a founding sponsor of Directed Energy Professional Society (DEPS).

DEPS, founded in 1999, put out their first newsletter one year before 9/11. An excerpt from this newsletter is as follows:

“Lasers in space, lasers in the stratosphere, lasers
on and over the battlefield — we’re at the
beginning of an evolutionary new wave of weaponry.”

More recently Dr. Wood and her attorney revealed that another company NIST contacted with for their Report, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), is also a manufacturer of directed energy weapons. In Dr. Wood’s second Supplement she explains that testimony given by Emergency Medical Technician Patricia Ondrovic during the WTC Task Force Interview is consistent with directed energy weapon evidence usage at the World Trade Center.

BRITAIN’S ROSWELL – THE RENDLESHAM FOREST UFO INCIDENT
Richard and Victor Viggiani speak with the co-author of a book which provides a first-hand, eye-witness account of a series of reported sightings of unexplained lights and the alleged landing of a craft or multiple craft of unknown origin in Rendelsham Forest, Suffolk, England, in late December 1980, just outside of RAF Woodbridge, used at the time by the U.S. Air Force.

THE EXORCIST

Richard  also speaks with an Evangelical Preacher who claims he has performed hundreds of Exorcisms in and around southwestern Ontario.  He says he has encountered  possessed individuals with superhuman strength, and a demon in the form of a giant bat.

Exorcism (from Late Latin exorcismus, from Greek exorkizein – to bind by oath) is the practice of evicting demons or other spiritual entities from a person or place which they are believed to have possessed by causing the entity to swear an oath. The term became prominent in early Christianity from the early second century onward as the casting out of demons.  Nevertheless, the practice is quite ancient and part of the belief system of many cultures and religions.

In the time of Jesus, non-New Testament Jewish sources report of exorcisms done by administering drugs with poisonous root extracts or others by making sacrifices. They mention that exorcisms were done by the Essene branch of Judaism (Dead Sea Scrolls at Qumran).  In Christianity, exorcisms are ostensibly performed using the power of Christ in the Name of Jesus or through prayer. In Christian practice the person performing the exorcism,known as an exorcist, is often a member of the church, or an individual thought to be graced with special powers or skills. The exorcist may use prayers, and religious material, such as set formulas,gestures, symbols, icons, amulets, etc. The exorcist often invokes God, Jesus and/or several different angels and archangels to intervene with the exorcism.In general, possessed persons are not regarded as evil in themselves, nor wholly responsible for their actions. Therefore, practitioners regard exorcism as more of a cure than a punishment. The mainstream rituals usually take this into account, making sure that there is no violence to the possessed, only that they be tied down if there is potential for violence.In Islam, exorcism is made by reading some verses from the Quran which glorify God and invoke God’s help. In some cases, the Azan (the call for daily prayers) is also read, as this has the effect of repelling non-angelic ‘unseen beings’.

ON THE TRAIL OF VAMPIRES ACROSS EUROPE

According to Bassett, “exopolitics is a developing field of study addressing the totality of the historical, social and political implications of extraterrestrial related phenomena.  “The most important exopolitical issue at present is the disclosure movement, an international effort to bring about formal acknowledgment by world governments of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.”  The Cities Initiative is a grassroots effort in which anyone hosting a regular meeting to discuss and engage exopolitical matters can register their group with the EWN.  Added Bassett, “the government imposed truth embargo regarding an extraterrestrial engagement of the planet is falling apart.  It is important for people to start talking to each other about this unfolding reality and begin preparing for the post-Disclosure world.

GUEST: Stephen G. Bassett is a political activist and Washington DC lobbyist, who founded the Paradigm Research Group in 1996 to advocate an end to a “government imposed truth embargo” on the issue, and later became executive director of the Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee – the first political action committee in history to directly target the politics related to the extraterrestrial phenomenon.  Mr Bassett cites the examples of countries such as the UK, France, Sweden, Brazil and Russia, which are gradually releasing official accounts of strange phenomena recorded in their territories, and he is pushing hard for the US to follow suit and begin the process towards what he terms full disclosure.  He believes there is tremendous political capital to be gained from formally acknowledging the presence of extraterrestrial life. “The first nation or head of state to formally acknowledge the extraterrestrial presence will immediately acquire perhaps the greatest political legacy in history,” he said.  The United Nations should be the entity which publically discloses knowledge of the extraterrestrial presence, said Mr Bassett, but it has become “dysfunctional and corrupt” through neglect and underfunding.  Mr Bassett hopes US President Barack Obama will prove to be the “disclosure president”, because promises of an open, transparent government were inculcated into his campaign and remain part of his platform as president.

Richard welcomes Reverse Speech expert Wayne Nicholson back to the program, this time to perform an analysis of Richard’s reverse speech.  Find out what cryptic messages are contained in Richard’s reverse speech.  What is Richard’s sub-conscious mind really thinking?  Reverse speech is a field of study first advocate by David John Oates.  It claims that during  spoken language production, human speakers  subconsiously produce hidden messages that give insight into their inner thoughts. Oates claims that it has applications in psychotherapy criminology, and business negotiation. Its claims have been rejected, however, by mainstream science and academia. Oates’ claim is that on average, once in every 15–20 seconds of casual conversation, a person produces two related sentences—a “forward-spoken” message that is heard consciously, and a “backwards” message unconsciously embedded in the person’s speech. These two modes of speech, forward and backward, are supposedly dependent upon each other and form an integral part of human communication. In the dynamics of interpersonal communication both modes of speech combine to communicate the total psyche of the person, conscious as well as unconscious. Oates claims that backward speech is always honest and reveals the truth about the speaker’s inner thoughts.  The most famous recording that allegedly demonstrates this is the speech given by Neil Armstrong at the time of the first manned lunar landing on 20 July 1969. If played backwards, the words “small step for man” sound somewhat like “Man will space walk.”
