11PM THE DAY AFTER DISCLOSURE

Richard speaks with a noted UFO historian, the co-author of the new book, A.D.: After Disclosure: The People’s Guide to Life After Contact. A.D. is speculative non-fiction”which “confronts all the disturbing challenges facing government, science, religion, media, culture, law, education, and politics once the denials end. How do we cope with the reality that we are not alone?” The book examines various scenarios that could occur, and probably will, regarding increased transparency during and after events and processes related to the UFO phenomena. Since it is widely suspected, or has already been determined, that some UFOs are advanced spacecraft from “elsewhere,” who are they, what are they doing and what do they want? How have government officials been handling the situation and what will their position be going forward? But if and when Disclosure happens, who will disclose the information and how? What will the public find out? If it is something awful, do we want to know? What are the possible ramifications of Disclosure, and how will our world change.

GUEST: Richard M. Dolan is the author of the ground-breaking historical series, UFOs and the National Security State, which chronicles the modern UFO age with an emphasis on military encounters and government secrecy. This work has been acclaimed as the finest history of the UFO phenomenon available in any language. Dolan has also published articles, spoken at conferences around the world, and appeared on numerous TV specials as an on-air expert. He has developed fresh insights into the practical challenges and opportunities for a true disclosure of the UFO phenomenon. Prior to his interest in UFOs, Dolan was a finalist for a Rhodes Scholarship, studying U.S. Cold War strategy, Soviet history and culture, and international diplomacy.

12AM ‘UFOs ARE REAL’: FORMER CANADIAN DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER

Richardi and Victor Viggiani (media director for Exopolitics canada) welcome a former Canadian Minister of Defence and Deputy Prime Minister who went public in 2005 with his belief that UFOs are real and that the truth is being supressed by an elite cabal of unelected oligarchs.

GUEST: The Hon. Paul Hellyer. Hellyer served as The Minister of Defence in the Liberal Government of Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson from 1963 to 1967. He served as Deputy Prime Minister under Pierre Elliot Trudeau.

Throughout his life, Hellyer has been opposed to the weaponization of space. He supports the Space Preservation Treaty to ban space weapons. His latest book is Light at the End of the Tunnel: A Survival Plan for the Human SpeciesIn early September 2005, Hellyer made headlines by publicly announcing that he believed in UFOs. On 25 September 2005, he was an invited speaker at an exopolitics conference in Toronto, where he told the audience that he had seen a UFO one night with his late wife and some friends. He said that, although he had discounted the experience at the time, he had kept an open mind to it. He said that he started taking the issue much more seriously after watching ABC’s Peter Jennings’ UFO special in February 2005. Watching Jennings’ UFO special prompted Hellyer to finally read U.S. Army Colonel Philip J. Corso’s book The Day After Roswell, about the Roswell UFO Incident, which had been sitting on his shelf for some time. Hellyer told the Toronto audience that he later spoke to a retired Air Force General who confirmed the accuracy of the information in the book. In November 2005, he accused U.S. President George W. Bush of plotting an “Intergalactic War”. The former defence minister told an audience at the University of Toronto:”The United States military are preparing weapons which could be used against the aliens, and they could get us into an intergalactic war without us ever having any warning…The Bush Administration has finally agreed to let the military build a forward base on the moon, which will put them in a better position to keep track of the goings and comings of the visitors from space, and to shoot at them, if they so decide.” Hellyer told the audience that in December 2004, he had enjoyed reading and had endorsed a book by Alfred Webre entitled “Exopolitics – Politics, Government and Law in the Universe”. He ended his 30 minute historical talk with a standing ovation by stating: “To turn us in the direction of re-unification with the rest of creation the author is proposing a “Decade of Contact” – an “era of openness, public hearings, publicly funded research, and education about extraterrestrial reality”.

In 2007, the Ottawa Citizen reported that Hellyer is demanding that world governments disclose alien technology that could be used to solve the problem of climate change: “I would like to see what (alien) technology there might be that could eliminate the burning of fossil fuels within a generation…that could be a way to save our planet…We need to persuade governments to come clean on what they know. Some of us suspect they know quite a lot, and it might be enough to save our planet if applied quickly enough.”

In 2010, Hellyer accused Stephen Hawking of spreading misinformation about threats from aliens. Hawking has warned humanity against contacting aliens. According to Hawking, if human beings tried to contact aliens, they could invade us and take away our most important resources. Hawking had also said that though most extraterrestrial life could be only in the form of small animals, there could also be “nomads, looking to conquer and colonize” other planets. Hellyer told the Canadian Press that”the reality is that they (aliens) have been visiting earth for decades and probably millennia and have contributed considerably to our knowledge.”
