Tony Longo is a well-known restaurateur and entrepreneur in this city, responsible for names like Splendido, Centro, and Flow.

Earlier this year, he opened a new Modern Italian restaurant in Toronto’s Little Italy – Quadro Ristorante. A fresh take on Italian dishes that has been a welcome addition to the neighbourhood.
