There’s just something about Pylon that draws people to her. Yeah she’s a dog. Yeah she’s cute and sweet and loving. But there’s something more. It’s this rare quality that gets past the surface stuff and speaks to you directly, no matter who you are. Calm, gentle, and so trusting, you don’t need to even like dogs to see how special Pylon is.

Just look at her photos. Notice how close she is to her humans? That’s not fear or neediness, that’s just… her. She gravitates to people literally and figuratively, not “wanting” or expecting anything in particular. She just wants to be near them. To hear their voice. To have them in her life.

Pylon is so open, so trusting and so loving, her current Toronto Humane Society foster parent actually said she could be a therapy dog. As she is a senior girl, she would do best in a calm, quiet home where she can truly be herself.
