Papi’s perfect Sunday? Oh, you know, just being carried around in his adventure bag with his favourite toys/sidekicks, foxy and dragon. Maybe a game of fetch or two and a chance to show off his tricks. He knows tricks. Lots of tricks. He’s super smart and loves showing it.
While perky and playful, Papi is also a tiny bit fragile after suffering from two broken legs. While he’s all healed up thanks to Toronto Humane Society’s Rehab Team, there are some things he wishes he could do, but can’t. He unfortunately can’t jump onto or off couches, beds or chairs. While he wants to walk the walk and explore the world for himself, he’s happy he has his very own adventure bag.
Papi can become quite nervous in high traffic areas and around children, his ideal home is in a more quiet neighbourhood with a more mature family. His humans would ideally be over the age of 15 and would respect his space when he needed it. He is such an affectionate little guy. He can just feel a little overwhelmed at times and will need time to get used to you. While his injuries are healed, Papi will need to be accommodated for the rest of his life. High surfaces, stairs, long distances, these are things he will need help with from his loving humans.
