Coming up this week on Finding Your Bliss, we have Canadian physician and mindfulness teacher Dr. Lucinda Sykes on the program. Since 1997, she has directed Meditation for Health clinic in Toronto — teaching medical programs of mindfulness to more than 6000 patients referred by their doctor or psychiatrist for help with the wide range of problems worsened by chronic stress. Lucinda has also addressed both public and professional audiences across Canada. She is currently active as a board member of the Canadian Neurovascular Health Society. — a registered non-profit organization in support of people living with multiple sclerosis and related conditions. Lucinda will be teaching mindfulness daily at the CNHS online retreat, from Aug 22-27. [This 5 day event will be free of charge, with speakers on topics of diet, movement and life-skills.]
Also on the program, Ezra Jordan is an independent singer/songwriter from Toronto, Ontario. His music draws inspiration from Contemporary Pop, R&B, and Soul and he approaches songwriting with a focus on piano. Since his journey as an artist began, he has amassed over 250,000 views on YouTube, 5.5 million streams+ on Spotify, and has charted on the radio in the US. Over the years, Ezra’s sound has transformed into a more real, raw and emotional sound that will allow his fans to dive deep into his psyche and authentic self.
