Olympic organizers are vowing to find out why large blocks of seats were empty Saturday at such high-demand events as gymnastics, tennis, and swimming.

British Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt suggests the empty seats were intended for sponsors.

Organizers say they may set up a new system to ensure all seats are filled, even if tickets have to be given away.
