A small clinical trial of liberation therapy for multiple sclerosis patients has found the intervention did nothing to alleviate symptoms.
The University of Buffalo study of 30 M-S patients found the treatment was safe, but had no benefit.
Saskatchewan is sending patients to a clinical trial in Albany, New York.
Saskatchewan Health says the results of the Buffalo study won’t change the province’s course.
The province has 86 spots and 49 patients have so far started the assessment process.
