All those hard-hitting questions by Tom Mulcair directed at the Prime Minister recently didn’t make the NDP leader any more popular.

Mulcair peppered Stephen Harper daily in Question Period about the 90-thousnd dollar cheque given to Senator Mike Duffy by the PM’s former right hand man, Nigel Wright.  The money was to let Duffy pay back some questionable expenses,

Mulcair used all his background as a courtoom lawyer to shape precise and pointed questions, but the Prime Minister didn’t flinch.

And, in a Canadian Press Harris-Decima poll, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau has the most favourable impression among Canadians, and he and Prime Minister Harper are tied in terms of who would make the best prime Minister.
