Too much talk about the middle class and not enough about the working class: that’s the type of criticism NDP Leader Andrea Horwath is facing from some party stalwarts.
In fact, thirty four of them have signed a letter to Horwath in which they say they may withdraw their support because of what they describe as a shift to the right by the provincial NDP.
While some of her critics says Horwath has veered to the right and has abandoned some of the party’s core values, the NDP leader says the party platform reflects the concerns of voters; the people who will make the final judgement on election day, June 12th.
