A report by City Hall security says Toronto Mayor Rob Ford appeared to be intoxicated on Easter Monday at City Hall.
The report says Ford was slurring his words, his face was red, and he was sweating profusely.
The report also says an unidentified woman arrived at City Hall at about 8:00 p-m through an employee entrance, and stayed in the mayor’s office for about forty-five minutes.
The report says a security video shows Mayor Ford stumbling in the parking garage as he heads toward a vehicle. According to the report, the mayor can be seen falling to the ground before getting into the vehicle.
Rob Ford’s brother, councillor Doug Ford, was seen on the video along with a security guard helping the Mayor to the vehicle.
