Rob Ford is back.
After about two months in rehab, Toronto’s Mayor is stepping back into his office, and is ready to campaign for the October 27th municipal election.
Ford’s powers were taken away from him after admitting to using crack cocaine, and appearing to be impaired while in public.
Last November Council transferred most of his powers to Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly who has received praise for his efforts.
Mayor Ford has continually boasted that Torontonians would re-elect him in spite of his apparent transgressions.
