Angela Merkel wants other nations in the European Union to do their part by setting new quotas regarding migrants entering the continent by crossing the Mediterranean.

The German Chancellor is attempting to spread migrants out among more of the 28 countries in the E-U. At the present time Germany takes in more of the migrants than any other nation.

So far this year over 332 thousand migrants have arrived in Europe according to The International Organization for Migration.

They’re fleeing countries such as Syria, Afghanistan and Eritrea.
