There could be a deal by tomorrow on expanding our Canada Pension Plan.

At least that’s what some observers believe as the country’s finance ministers gather tonight for two days of talks in Vancouver.

It’s still up in the air ‘though as to whether they have a real desire to make any changes to the CPP.

Some proponents want sweeping changes that would affect all employers and workers, while others would rather target the people who are the least likely to save,

Premier Kathleen Wynne says too many Canadians are just not saving enough for their retirement.

Research done by the federal government points to two groups not putting aside enough: those who earn between 55 thousand and 75 thousand dollars a year, and those under the age of thirty.
