A Republican delegate to his party’s convention in July says Donald Trump is unfit to be President of the United States, so he wants to get out of voting for him.

Carroll B. Correll, a Virginia delegate to the GOP convention, has filed a class action lawsuit challenging the state law that commits him to backing Trump, the primary winner and presumptive nominee.

Correll claims that it violates his conscience, and says he won’t vote for Trump on the first ballot or any other ballott.

There are reports that hundreds of delegates to the convention are trying to find ways to go against their state caucuses and primaries and not vote for Trump.

Trump says that’s “totally illegal” and a slap in the face to the millions who voted for him to be the Republican Party candidate.
