Anti-Donald Trump Rallies moved north of the border on Sunday as hundreds of people rallied in Nathan Phillips Square.
Like their counterparts south of the border, many of the protesters are worried about what Trump’s presidency could mean.
One of the protest organizers says she was motivated to get a rally together because she was told she would be ‘going back home soon,’ after she told someone at a bar she was from the middle east.
Thousands of people have been protesting Donald Trump’s election win since he was declared US president-elect early on Wednesday morning.
There will be another protest rally at Nathan Phillips Square next weekend.
