A second suspect has been arrested in connection with Friday’s terror attack in London’s subway system.

Police say they arrested a 21 year old man Saturday night in west London.

Earlier on Saturday an 18 year-old man was arrested by Kent Police in Dover on the English Channel.

Both young men are being held under Britain’s Terrorism Act. Neither one of them has been named or charged yet.

29 people were injured when a bomb partially exploded on a subway train when it stopped at the Parsons Green station. Some suffered burns while others were injured in the stampede to get out of the train and the station.

ISIL – also known as ISIS – has claimed responsibility for the subway attack, saying an affiliated unit carried it out.
Britain’s threat level remains at critical, it’s highest level.
