In spite of downplaying the human element in the cause of climate change by some members of the Trump Administration, a new study by Trump’s own federal government refutes their claims.

The report released Friday says it finds “no convincing alternative explanation” for changes to our climate other than “human activities, especially emissions of greenhouse gases.”

The 477 page report says that global warming is man-made, and is caused mainly by the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Prtesident Trump’s Energy Secretary Rick Perry, and his Environmental Protection Agency Chief, Scott Pruitt, are both on record as claiming that carbon dioxide is not the main factor in climate change.

Trump himself has called climate change a hoax.

The study, called “The Climate Science Special Report,” is required by U-S federal law.
