PC Leader Doug Ford says his party will release a fully costed platform “sometime” before the campaign is over. He’s been facing increased criticism for not revealing the cost and was pressed again Wednesday during a stop at a farm near Windsor.
Elsewhere on the campaign trail, Liberal Premier Kathleen Wynne took aim at Andrea Horwath after the she renewed her party’s position against back to work legislation. Wynne says that’s just one example of how the N-D-P could leave the province suffering through indefinite strikes. The Liberals used back to work legislation to end a five-week strike at Ontario colleges last year and failed in a bid to pass a similar bill to end the York University strike when it was introduced just before the election campaign began.
