For 100 year old Polito Olivas, jumping out a plane is no big deal. The 30-year army veteran whose career took him through World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars did his first free fall tandem parachute jump last week to celebrate his milestone birthday. The former Green Beret jumped 14,000 feet in the air over Hawaii. After the skydive he told reporters he’d do it again. His friends are encouraging him to set the record for the oldest skydiver. That record is currently held by a 102-year-old man from New Jersey.
