TORONTO SET TO HOST THE BEST IN A CAPPELLA MUSIC FROM AROUND THE WORLD

If you sing in the shower and like what you hear, you’ll love this Toronto event that celebrates the human voice. Canada’s premier a cappella festival SING returns for its 8th season later this month. Among the performers are Toronto-based  performers Suba Sankaran and Dylan Bell.

Together, these freelance musicians perform as FreePlay around the world. During their travels Dylan and Suba have been scouting other groups like the SWINGLES from the U-K considered the darlings of the festival. 76-year-old Debbie Fleming, long-time Toronto vocal artist will receive this year’s festival legacy award. The other big draws this year; story tellers paired with a cappella performers and the always popular Art Battle that features artists live painting to a backdrop of a cappella  performers. SING runs at various venues around Toronto from May 24th to June 2. More information on line  at
