A group of GTA seniors gathers once a week, belting out tunes to prepare for their big music concert in the new year. These older singers are having a blast rocking out to a contemporary repertoire.
Anne Oucharek has been singing her whole life, and knows first hand the healing power of music. The 80-year-old has the lung disease C-O-P-D and her doctor told her singing is the best medicine to keep her lungs healthy. She jokes being so busy practicing leaves little time for the housework!
