The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the cancellation of more than a quarter million tickets to eleven different Mirvish productions in Toronto. The company’s four Toronto theatres remain closed until June 30th at the earliest and will only re-open when health officials declare it safe for people to gather in public spaces.

COME FROM AWAY will resume when Mirvish gets the go-ahead, but it’s unclear if other performances will be staged.

There are talks with the producers of HAMILTON for a return engagement as soon as possible.

The SIMON AND GARFUNKEL STORY may return in the fall and more details will be announced. And Mirvish is hopeful LES MISERABLES, which was to have played from June to August, will return in the future. Patrons will be given a Mirvish credit for the full value plus service charges.
