The Swedish Band “Roxette” has lost another founding member with the death of drummer Pelle Alsing at the age of 60, just a year after the band’s lead singer died.
Alsing played on the group’s first five albums. His work included the hit song “It Must have Been Love” which was on the soundtrack of the 1990 Julia Robert’s film “Pretty Woman.”
Last December, Roxette founder Marie Fredricksson died at the age of 61 after a 17-year battle with cancer.
No cause was given for Alsing’s death.
