Voters in the U.S. state of Georgia will head to the polls Tuesday to determine who holds the balance of power on Capitol Hill for the next two years.

Two Republicans are fighting to keep their seats in the run-off vote, while two Democrats are hoping to earn wins and flip the Senate.

Outgoing U.S. President Donald Trump made an appearance at a rally Monday evening to stump for the two Republicans but spent much of his time at centre stage complaining about how he really won the November election.

“There’s no way we lost Georgia, there’s no way. That was a rigged election, but we’re still fighting it and you’ll see what’s going to happen” declared Trump as he kicked off the Senate rally with another unproven claim.

Trump promised again he will reveal evidence that his own lawyers haven’t been able to show courts in more than fifty election challenge cases.
