Toronto and Peel will remain in the grey lockdown zone, but  beginning tomorrow, residents in these regions will be able to dine    outdoors with restrictions as patrons can only sit with members of their own household.

And the framework rules are being loosened for indoor dining in red and orange zones to 50 percent  capacity meaning up to  50 people in red and 100 people in orange can dine inside.

Previous capacity limits were 10 people for red, 50 for orange.

In a  statement  the province made no mention of hair salons, or fitness classes but says it’s still in discussions with Toronto and Peel to determine what changes can be made “to allow for some outdoor activities where the risk of transmission is minimized.”
