Ontario is accelerating the roll out of second doses of vaccine.

Beginning Monday, June 21, adults who received first dose of Pfizer and Moderna between April 19 and May 9 can book second their dose.

Health Minister Christine Elliott also says those in the ten identified Delta hot spots will be able to get second shots sooner.

“On Wednesday, June 23rd, individuals who received their first dose of an mRNA vaccine on or before May 30th and who live in the now ten identified Delta hotspots; Durham, Halton, Peel, Hamilton, Porcupine, Simcoe-Muskoka, Toronto, Waterloo, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph and York public health units will become eligible to book their second dose ahead of schedule,” said Elliott.

Everyone else in Ontario with a first shot before May 31st will be eligible to book their second dose starting on June 28th.

That does not include those 12 to 17.
