Hop on the GO-VAX bus!

“This GO-VAX bus behind me, is just the ticket. We are thrilled to partner with Metrolinx to make getting COVID-19 vaccines even easier,” Solicitor General Sylvia Jones said at Streetsville GO station in Mississauga on Friday.

Two GO transit buses have been temporarily retrofitted to serve as mobile vaccine clinics with the first stop Saturday, August 7th and Sunday, August 8th at Canada’s Wonderland. After that, the buses will visit various markets, festivals and malls through the summer and into the fall.

Currently seven-in-ten eligible Ontarians are fully immunized, about the same number of Torontonians.
