After lighting a dark and empty space for 643 days, the 114-year-old ‘ghost’ light on the stage of Toronto’s Royal Alexandra will finally be turned off and put back into storage.

That’s an age-old ritual that will make the reopening of the theatre and performances of Canada’s most successful musical of all time.

“Come From Away” resumes December 15th.

Tickets are on sale November 10th at mirvish.com or by phone.

David Mirvish says it’s fitting that a show to re-open the theatre after such a tumultuous time is a Canadian story about overcoming a catastrophic event by coming together.

Mirvish Theatres are now operating at full capacity with public health measures in place.
