A new poll shows voters are warming to Premier Doug Ford.
But he still trails behind most of his provincial counterparts.
A new Angus Reid survey shows Ford’s approval jumped 13% in March.
He’s still sitting at just 43% approval, though. That puts him as the sixth most popular premier.
Ontario voters are scheduled to go to the polls on June 2.
The poll showed most Premiers growing in popularity–the exceptions being in Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador.
Nova Scotia’s Tim Houston polled the highest with 73% support–that’s up 16 points from the previous poll.
Nova Scotia is about to remove all pandemic-related restrictions.
