An Italian judge has ordered Oscar-winning, director Paul Haggis to stay remain under house arrest while prosecutors investigate a woman’s claims that he sexually assaulted her.
This is the 5th time Haggis has been accused of sexual assault and that has re-ignited a campaign in Haggis’ hometown of London, Ontario to have his name removed from a city park.
The education and research manager of London’s Anova women’s shelter says there’s a pattern in the 69-year old’s behaviour that’s now been established.
Haggis won the best movie Oscar for his film “Crash” in 2004.
