Despite being deformed by a cosmetic procedure, Canadian super model Linda Evangelista back on the cover of British Vogue.

 

The 57-year old St. Catherines native has said the botched procedure left her so depressed she hated herself.

She says tape and elastic were used to pull back her face, jaw and neck, hiding the problems caused when a fat-freezing treatment “backfired”.

Over the past year Evangelista, who was one of the best-known faces on catwalks and magazine covers in the 90s and 2-thousands, had virtually disappeared from the spotlight because of the procedure’s outcome.

She tells British Vogue if she’d know about the side-effects she wouldn’t have taken the risk.
