You may be one of the 50% of Canadians who say worrying about money made it harder for them to fall asleep the past month.
The new Research Co. survey found that is 7% higher than in May 2021.
”Two-in-five Canadians aged 18-to-34 (40%) are losing sleep because of employment concerns,” says Mario Canseco, President of Research Co.
”Fewer Canadians aged 35-to-54 (33%) and 55 and over (14%) share the same experience.”
One-third of Canadians also say concerns about relationships and family (33%) and health (33%) make it hard for them to fall asleep.
Fewer Canadians lost sleep over work (28%), Canadian politics and issues (10%) and international politics and issues (10%) over the past month.
