As if their aren’t enough things to see and do on Broadway in New York, the Museum of Broadway has opened in a 26,000 square foot space featuring objects like Patti LuPone’s “Evita” wig,
and a Jet’s jacket from “West Side Story.”
The museum gives the history of Broadway as well as an overview of the shows currently on stage at Broadway theatres.
The majority of the 1,000 artifacts on display are on loan from individual artists, creators and producers
The Broadway Museum is located next door to the Lyceum Theatre on West 45th Street in Manhattan.
