We knew her best as Shirley Feeney from the hit TV sitcom “Laverne and Shirley.”

Cindy William has died.

Her family confirms the actress passed away Wednesday in Los Angeles after a brief illness.

Her film credits include “American Graffiti” and “The Conversation.”

“Laverne & Shirley” was a spinoff of “Happy Days” was one of the most popular shows on television in its prime.  It ran from 1976 to 1983.

Cindy Williams was 75.
