NETANYAHU DELAYS JUDICIAL OVERHAUL PLAN TO AVOID ''CIVIL WAR THROUGH DIALOGUE''

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s delaying his plan to overhaul the country’s judicial system.
It will be put on hold until parliament’s summer session which starts April 30.f
The announcement follows two days of large demonstrations against the proposal.
Netanyahu says he is ”not willing to tear the country apart” and that ”there must not be civil war,” but ”we are at the start of a crisis that endangers our basic unity.”
The prime minister points out the overhaul will end up passing ”in one form or another.”
One of the main leaders of the protests says it’s clear Netanyahu and his coalition colleagues are determined to proceed with their ”dictatorship laws.”
