Another member of Parliament has been told by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service that she’s a target of the Chinese government.

Vancouver MP Jenny Kwan says she was briefed by CSIS last Friday, when she was told she was singled out by Beijing in the 2019 federal election and remains a target because of her criticism of China’s government.

”It is more clear to me than ever that I will not be intimidated, that I will not be silenced in anyway.  Whoever is trying to put pressure on me, in whatever way that they’re trying to do it, they will not succeed,” Kwan insists.

The MP adds she’ll continue speaking out on behalf of immigrants, the Chinese community and human rights.
