Milos Raonic has become the first Canadian man to reach the third round of the U.S. Open since 1988 when Martin Laurendeau reached the 4th round. The 15th seed from Thornhill, Ontario served 30 aces to beat Paul-Henri Mathieu of France in three sets. It was a match that took just 2 hours and 10 minutes. 21 year old Milos now faces 32 year old American James Blake in a match that is scheduled to take place on Saturday.
