Ontario Elementary school teachers have announced where they will begin rotating strikes.
Schools in the Stratford and Timmins areas will be hit with a one-day strike on Monday as the Elementary teachers escalate their protest action against the province’s Bill 115.
The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario said it would give 72 hours’ notice of any strike action.
Education Minister Laurel Broten will announce this morning what the government plans to do in the wake of the strike announcements. Bill 115 gives her the power to prevent strikes and lockouts.
