The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario is has offered to put its actions against Bill 115 on hold if the the government will delay implementing the bill.

December 31st is the deadline for teachers and other education workers to negotiate new collective agreements with school boards. Otherwise, the government will impose contracts under Bill 115.

ETFO says it will not continue its job action that has resulted in one-day strikes around the province if the government hold off on implementing the law until the Liberals elect a new Premier in late January.
