You’d think in the weeks, days, even hours leading up to Christmas the last thing many would want to see today is another mall, yet there’s just something about being part of the post Christmas craziness known as Boxing Day.  

Many people spent much of the night waiting for the doors to open, like a group of bargain hunters at an electronics store at Bay and Dundas .

Parking spots are next to impossible to find at malls such as Yorkdale.

While there are those who don’t seem to mind fighting crowds or searching aimlessly for parking,  many Canadians plan to shop online.

The website CyberBoxingDay.ca says this is the busiest day of the year to shop online in Canada.
