Canada’s doctors have some resolutions for us to embrace for 2013.
The most popular suggestion among physicians surveyed is to get some exercise. Even just some is good for you.
Others include — choosing better foods, and telling your government you want their help to do so; making the tough decisions about end of life situations and letting your family know about them; and learning to manage stress.
There was no clear-cut fifth resolution, but others include drinking less alcohol, making sure vaccinations are up to date and teaching healthy habits to your children.
