A 20-year-old man is facing seven charges after a stabbing incident on a subway car on Wednesday night.
A 35-year-old man was stabbed near Davisville station in what appeared to be an unprovoked attack.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries and police say a suspect was arrested today.
Cassim Celani Cummings of Toronto is charged with attempted murder, two counts of failing to comply with probation, carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and possession of a dangerous weapon.
He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park today.
