Oprah Winfrey is back on top of the Forbes’ annual list of the most powerful celebrities.

The talk show diva-turned-TV network mogul reigns atop the 2013 list – marking her fifth time in the number one slot and coming after two years as a runner-up.

The Forbes latest ranking has Lady Gaga, Steven Spielberg, Beyoncé and Madonna rounding out the top five.

Justin Beiber is the only Canadian in the top 10.

Here’s the list:

Oprah Winfrey
Lady Gaga
Steven Spielberg
Beyoncé Knowles
Madonna
Taylor Swift
Bon Jovi
Roger Federer
Justin Bieber
Ellen DeGeneres

In the past year, Winfrey had earnings of $77 million US…but she  didn’t take home the heftiest paycheque: that title went to Madonna, who made $125 million US.

To compile the list, Forbes staffers look at a celebrity’s earnings over the past year and factor in a marketability score (as developed by market research firm E-Poll). Also considered are the celebrity’s fame and influence as gauged by appearances in traditional media and across social media platforms.

Newcomers on the 2013 list include actors Hugh Jackman (11), Channing Tatum (23), Jennifer Lawrence (49) and Mila Kunis (89).
