The Prime Minister has another chair to fill at the cabinet table.
Earlier today, Public Safety Minister Vic Toews announced that he is leaving his post, and public life.
The announcement comes as Stephen Harper holds meetings at Harrington Lake, northeast of Ottawa, to talk about his plans for a cabinet shuffle.
Others who have left the cabinet include junior ministers Ted Menzies and Diane Ablonczy, Fisheries Minister Keith Ashfield, and Government Senate leader Marjory LeBreton.
