Residents of a town in Quebec that was partially leveled by a devastating train derailment and fire are being allowed to return home today.
No exact numbers have been announced, but hundreds or people in Lac-Megantic are being allowed back into their homes.
Thirteen people are known dead in the aftermath of the deadly derailment of a train of crude oil that exploded. But as many as fifty people are still missing.
The coroner’s office is asking relatives of the missing to provide DNA samples to help with identification.
